At SheLuxury, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 7 days of the purchase receiving date in its new, unworn, and unaltered condition.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please keep the receipt as proof of purchase.

If you would like to exchange an item, we will reship the merchandise you want, but you will be charged for the second shipment and a restocking fee.
Return Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return items to us. This cost is non-refundable. Please provide us with the tracking information for the return shipment. We will process the compensation once we receive the returned item.
